These layouts are part 2 of my Hooligan Level 1 paper pack (X7129A). My husband was really surprised by his birthday party and the colors in this pack were just perfect for a "50" celebration by the pool. Considering some of his gifts (walker, gas pills and safety vest for old folks) he may think there were some Hooligans at the party!
