Hello girls, I know I have been away for a while, I had some internet problems. Thankfully I believe that is all taken care of now and I am back and ready to get caught up on my postings! I have been very busy while I have been away so I plan to get all of my new work posted.

Most of you know that I have been working feverously to get my children's albums done from birth to graduation. Since I have only been scrapbooking for about 5 years, I had a lot to catch up. But, with Jeffrey getting married and Amanda expecting my first grandchild in August, I want to get their stuff finished. So, you're fore warned that most of my new postings are older pics of my children.

This picture is the front cover of my daughter's album. I used CTMH's new Cherry O paper pack and made a few tear bears for decoration.

Zindorf Technique

I have seen several cards posted on the CTMH bulletin board using the Zindorf brayer technique and decided to play with my inks and brayer too. I also used the CTMH Childhood Portrait (D1371) to make these beautiful cards. I was really pleased with the cards and plan to keep playing with my brayer.

More copic fun...

Did I mention I love coloring with these markers! I got some very useful tips from another CTMH consultant, Laura Petruso. Thanks Laura for your help. I also used some Magnolia Stamps I picked up last weekend. Enjoy and give me some feedback!

Playing With Copics...

I am just learning blending techniques of copic markers and am quickly becoming addicted. I love coloring with these markers!! I have heard of the Enchanted Cottage in Winston Salem, NC for years but had never been. My girls, Tina and Allison, and I made a road trip last Friday and I finally got to see this scrapbook store. I picked up these adorable Magnolia Stamps along with a few more copics.

Happy Anniversary to Jeffrey and Amy

Amy and Jeffrey's wedding was in September but since Jeffery was deploying to Iraq 10 days after the wedding, they actually got married in March of last year. Caboodle Bag Album Workshop

I have not posted much in the past few weeks because I have been up to my elbows in a bathroom remodel project. I removed 3 layers of wallpaper with steam, sweat and elbow grease. The bathroom is starting to really come together and I can't wait to get everything finished and get the layer of dust out of my house. I will post some new things this weekend.

Veranda Birthday Card

This card also features the February Stamp of the Month and Veranda paper. There are a few embellishments, Z1131 Creme Brulee Ribbon and Z1266 Just Blooms Spring Blossoms Paper Flower, to make this card eye catching! You're One of A Kind

I told you that Caboodle is really, really versitile! This card design also came from CTMH Spring Idea Book and uses Caboodle and One of A Kind (D1410) Stamp set. Our books truly are "Idea" books so if you don't have one, just email me and I'll get on one right away! I also used Z2166 Tulip Ink, Z2153 Sweet Leaf Ink, Z2117 Crystal Blue Ink, Z1119 Spring Blossom Mini Medleys and Z1131 Creme Brulee Ribbon Rounds. I usually am more of a scrapbooker than cardmaker, but with the Idea books and Card Confidence program, even card making is so easy peasy!

Paper Flower Tutorial

Birthday Card for Gary's Mom

This card uses CTMH's Wishes Card Confidence Program Designer Tag pattern and as you all know by now, my favorite paper pack Veranda! This design was featured in our Spring Idea Book and I thought it was the perfect card for my Mother-In-Law's birthday. I also used C1397 Smiles stamp, Z2167 Creme Brulee Ink Pad, Z2120 Garden Green Ink Pad, Z2164 Sorbet Ink Pad and finally Timber Brown Stazon Ink. My MIL loved the card and I hope you do too.
